  1. Remove 3 nuts securing exhaust front pipe to manifold.
  2. Release exhaust front pipe from manifold, remove and discard gasket.
All models – Release exhaust front pipe from manifold, remove and discard gasket.
  1. Remove banjo bolt securing oil feed pipe to turbocharger, collect 2 sealing washers.
  2. Disconnect boost pressure sensing pipe from turbocharger.
  3. Disconnect vacuum pipe from EGR valve.
  4. Remove 2 bolts securing oil drain pipe flange to turbocharger.
  5. Remove and discard gasket.
  6. Remove 2 bolts securing exhaust manifold to mounting bracket.
All models – Remove 2 bolts securing exhaust manifold to mounting bracket.
  1. Remove 6 bolts securing exhaust manifold to cylinder head.
  2. Remove 6 nuts securing exhaust manifold to cylinder head.
  3. Release and remove manifolds and turbocharger assembly.
  4. Remove and discard manifold gasket.
All models – Remove and discard manifold gasket.
  1. Remove and discard FIP drive belt gear bolt.
  2. Remove FIP drive belt gear.
  3. Remove Allen bolt securing FIP drive belt tensioner. Remove tensioner.
