  1. Loosen bolt securing steady bar to bracket on rear cross member.
  2. Remove bolt securing steady bar to bracket on engine and lower steady bar.

Models without intercooler

Models without intercooler – Remove bolt securing steady bar to bracket on engine and lower steady bar.
  1. Release throttle inner cable from FIP control lever.
  2. Remove locknut and release throttle cable from abutment bracket.
Models without intercooler – Remove locknut and release throttle cable from abutment bracket.
  1. Release throttle cable from 3 clips on bonnet platform and lay cable aside.

All Models

All models – Release throttle cable from 3 clips on bonnet platform and lay cable aside.
  1. Remove cable tie securing engine harness at oil pump.
  2. Disconnect multiplugs from oil pressure switch.
  3. Disconnect multiplug from EGR solenoid.
  4. Release 3 clips securing engine harness to camshaft drive belt cover.
All models – Release 3 clips securing engine harness to camshaft drive belt cover.
  1. Disconnect multiplug from ECT sensor.
  2. Disconnect coolant temperature gauge sensor Lucar from harness.
  3. Release harness clip from dipstick bracket.
