  • A Self - locking bolt
  • B Self - locking nut
  • C Damper fork
  • D Lower arm
  • E Castle nut
  • F Cotter pin
  1. Remove the cotter pins and ball joint nuts, then separate the ball joints and lower arms on both sides. Replace the cotter pins and self locking nuts and bolts, see SUSPENSION.
  2. Remove the damper fork.

  1. Remove the driveshafts and intermediate shaft, see DRIVE SHAFTS.

Note: Coat all precision finished surfaces with clean engine oil or grease. Tie plastic bags over the driveshaft ends. Replace the set ring.

  1. Remove the right - hand radius rod. Replace the self locking nuts and bolts, see SUSPENSION.
