Remove

  1. Remove front seat. SEATS, REPAIRS, Seat - front.
  2. Place seat on a suitable work bench.
Cover - squab - front seat – Place seat on a suitable work bench.
  1. Tighten arm rest adjuster fully clockwise and remove screw cover.
  2. Remove screw securing arm rest to seat and remove arm rest.
Cover - squab - front seat – Remove screw securing arm rest to seat and remove arm rest.
  1. Remove 2 screws securing outer edge trim casing to seat frame.
  2. Remove trim casing.
  3. Release inner edge of trim casing from seat frame.
  4. Remove trim casing.
Cover - squab - front seat – Remove trim casing.
  1. Position seat upside down on table.
  2. Release clip securing lower edge of squab cover to seat frame.
  3. Remove 2 clips securing either end of cover to squab frame.
Cover - squab - front seat – Remove 2 clips securing either end of cover to squab frame.
  1. Position seat in upright position.
  2. Raise headrest to maximum height.
  3. Turn both guides through 90°.
  4. Remove headrest from seat.
  5. Remove screws securing grab handles to seat frame and remove grab handles.
