Exhaust front pipe - KV6

Refit

1. Clean intermediate pipe and front pipe flange mating faces and fit NEW gasket.
2. Fit front pipe.
3. Connect front pipe to intermediate pipe, fit and tighten nuts to 45 Nm.
4. Secure front pipe to mounting rubber.
5. Lower vehicle.
6. Clean turbo charger outlet elbow flange face and fit NEW gasket.
7. Connect front pipe flange to turbo charger outlet elbow.
8. Fit turbo charger heat shield bracket, fit flange nuts and tighten to 45 Nm.
9. Fit and tighten bolt securing turbo charger heat shield to bracket.
10. Align manifold heat shield, fit bolts and tighten to 8 Nm.
11. Connect battery earth lead.
12. Remove vehicle from ramp.
