Remove

Front pipe to manifold gasket - diesel – Service repair no - 30.10.26
  1. Remove engine acoustic cover.
  2. Disconnect battery earth lead.
Front pipe to manifold gasket - diesel – Disconnect battery earth lead.
  1. Remove 3 bolts securing exhaust manifold heat shield and move heat shield aside.
  2. Remove bolt securing turbo charger heat shield to bracket.
  3. Remove 3 nuts securing exhaust flange to turbo charger outlet elbow.
  4. Remove turbo charger heat shield bracket.
  5. Release front pipe flange from turbo charger outlet elbow.
  6. Remove and discard gasket.
