Refit

  1. Fit engine mounting to bracket and tighten bolts to 45 Nm.
  2. Fit engine mounting and bracket to gearbox, fit bolts and tighten to 45 Nm.
  3. Fit buttress to subframe and tighten bolts to 45 Nm.
  4. Lower engine onto buttress, fit centre bolt and tighten to 82 Nm.
  5. Fit bolts securing clutch slave cylinder bracket to engine mounting bracket.
  6. Fit air intake resonator (if fitted). See ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - MEMS, Repairs.
  7. Remove jack.
