HEADLAMP

Remove

Headlamp – Service repair no - 86.40.27
  1. Remove screw securing headlamp finisher and remove finisher.
  2. Release headlamp unit from RH retaining screw and levelling pivot.
Headlamp – Release headlamp unit from RH retaining screw and levelling pivot.
  1. Pull unit forward and disconnect headlamp bulb multiplug and pilot lamp bulb.
  2. Remove headlamp.
  3. Release clip securing bulb to headlamp and remove bulb.

Refit

  1. Fit bulb to headlamp and secure with clip.
  2. Position headlamp unit, connect pilot lamp bulb and multiplug. Secure bulb cover.
  3. Position headlamp unit to levelling pivot and secure to retaining screws.
  4. Fit headlamp finisher and tighten screw.
