Air cleaner element - ’t’ series

AIR CLEANER ELEMENT - ’T’ SERIES

Service repair no - 19.10.10

Remove

1. Release 4 clips securing 2 halves of air cleaner together.
2. Release top half of air cleaner and position aside.
3. Remove and discard air cleaner element.

Refit

1. Clean inside of air cleaner casing.
2. Fit NEW air cleaner element in casing.
3. Position top half of air cleaner casing and secure with clips.

FUEL TEMPERATURE SENSOR - ’T’ SERIES

Service repair no - 19.22.08

Remove

1. Disconnect battery earth lead.

WARNING: To prevent personal injury due to pressure in the fuel rail carry out the following;

• Position absorbent cloth around fuel filter • Loosen fuel filter union to relieve pressure • Retighten filter union to 30 Nm

2. Disconnect sensor multiplug.
3. Remove sensor from fuel rail.
4. Remove and discard sealing washer.

Refit

1. Clean sensor and fuel rail mating faces.
2. Fit NEW sealing washer to sensor.
3. Fit sensor to fuel rail and tighten to 15 Nm.
4. Connect multiplug to sensor.
5. Connect battery earth lead.
