Refit EXTERIOR HANDLE - FRONT DOOR

  1. Feed control rod into position and loosely secure Service repair no - 76.58.01 lever to mounting panel with 2 screws.
  2. Connect control rod to latch mechanism and Remove secure with spring clip.
  3. Tighten control lever retaining screws.
  4. Secure control rod to plastic clip in mounting panel.
  5. Secure plastic sheet with adhesive.
  6. Fit door trim casing. See Trim casing - front door
  7. Remove door trim casing. See Trim casing - front door
Refit exterior handle - front door – Remove door trim casing. See Trim casing - front door
  1. Remove mounting panel. See Mounting panel and support glass with timber.

- front door

  1. Disconnect operating rod from handle mechanism.
  2. Disconnect rod from locking barrel lever.
- front door – Disconnect rod from locking barrel lever.
  1. Remove 2 screws and withdraw handle assembly.
