- Release clips securing gear lever gaiter to centre console and remove knob and gaiter.
- Models from 03MY:Remove both centre console cup holders.
- Release clips securing transfer box lever gaiter to centre console and remove knob and gaiter.
- Models with base trim: Remove rubber mat from console and remove cover plate from switch pack.
- Models with base trim: Remove 4 screws securing switch pack to centre console, disconnect multiplugs and remove switch pack.
