Engine acoustic cover - KV6

ENGINE ACOUSTIC COVER - KV6

Service repair no - 76.11.06

Remove

1. Remove 3 bolts securing acoustic cover to engine.
2. Remove cover. Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.
3. Remove 2 sleeves and 2 grommets from cover.

Refit

1. Fit sleeves and grommets to new cover
2. Fit cover.
3. Fit rear bolt but DO NOT tighten. Fit front bolts. Tighten all bolts to 6 Nm.

REAR QUARTER LOWER TRIM CASING - COUPE

Service repair no - 76.13.12

Remove

1. Remove rear squab. See this section.

2. Release flange finisher from B/C post.
3. Release 2 screw caps and remove 4 screws securing trim casing.
4. Release 6 studs securing trim casing.
5. Remove trim casing. Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.
6. Remove studs from old trim casing and fit to new casing.

Refit

1. Position trim casing and secure studs.
2. Fit and tighten screws and secure screw caps.
3. Secure finisher to B/C post.
4. Fit rear squab. See this section.
