5. Place a piece of adhesive tape around rotary coupling moulding to prevent rotation.

6. Release 2 clips securing rotary coupler to column switch and release rotary coupler.

CAUTION: Do not allow rotary coupler to hang on its harness.

7. Remove 2 screws securing combined lighting and indicator switch.
8. Release switch, disconnect multiplugs and remove switch.

Refit

1. Position switch and connect multiplugs.
2. Secure switch and tighten screws.
3. Secure rotary coupler to column switch assembly and remove tape.
4. Fit column cowl and tighten screws.
5. Fit fusebox cover and secure turnbuckles.
6. Fit steering wheel. See STEERING, Repairs.
