  1. Disconnect turbocharger oil feed union and discard 2 sealing washers.

  1. Loosen clip securing intercooler hose to turbocharger and disconnect hose.
  2. Plug turbocharger to prevent ingress of dirt and foreign matter.

  1. Remove 4 Allen screws securing intake manifold elbow.
  2. Release elbow, remove and discard gasket.

  1. Remove Allen screw securing coolant pipe to turbocharger support bracket.
