  1. Support front pipe and attach mounting rubber.
  2. Position new gasket to front flange of catalytic converter.
  3. Align catalytic converter flange to front pipe flange. Fit but do not tighten nuts.
  4. Position new gasket and front pipe to manifold flange, fit flat washers and nuts; tighten nuts to 50 Nm.
  5. Tighten catalytic converter to front pipe nuts to 45 Nm.
  6. Fit oxygen sensor multiplug to engine harness and secure to gearbox bracket.
  7. Lower ramp.
  8. Connect battery earth lead.
