UPPER BALL JOINT - FRONT HUB

Service repair no - 68.25.05

Remove

  1. Raise front of vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

  1. Remove road wheel(s).
  2. Place jack under hub and raise suspension.
Upper ball joint - front hub – Place jack under hub and raise suspension.
  1. Fit a wedge between suspension arm and subframe, lower suspension onto wedge and remove jack.

CAUTION: Ensure that an appropriate wedge is used to prevent any damage occurring to the suspension components.

  1. Remove nut and bolt securing brake hose to upper arm.
  2. Collect spacer and 2 washers.
