5. Remove the front side frame.

NOTE: It is not necessary to separate the front inner wing from the front side frame if the inner wing/spring housing is to be replaced also.

• Centre punch around the spot weld imprints on the inner wing, lower dashboard, front floor and tunnel frame.
• Using a spot cutter, drill holes in the spot welded areas.
• Peel off the welding flange using a chisel.
