Rocker oil feed pipe

11. Remove 14 remaining Allen screws securing sump.
12. Release and remove sump from cylinder block.

Refit

1. Clean sealing surfaces on sump and cylinder block.
2. Clean inside of sump.
3. Apply a bead of RTV sealant to the sump flange.
4. Position sump and fit Allen screws finger tight.
5. Fit reinforcing plate and fit remaining Allen screws. Finally tighten Allen screws to 8 Nm.
6. Fit centre beam, tighten bolts to 45 Nm.
7. Fit and tighten steady bar bracket bolt.
8. Align power steering pipes to centre beam, fit and tighten bolts.
9. Fit LH underbelly panel. See BODY, Repairs.
10. Fit RH underbelly panel. See BODY, Repairs.
11. Remove stand(s) and lower vehicle.
12. Connect battery earth lead.
13. Fill engine with correct grade and quantity of oil. See Adjustments.

ROCKER OIL FEED PIPE

Service repair no - 12.60.81

1. Remove coolant manifold. See COOLING SYSTEM - DIESEL, Repairs.

2. Remove 4 bolts securing turbocharger heat shield, collect reinforcing plate and remove heat shield.

3. Remove rocker oil feed pipe hose union banjo bolt from cylinder block adapter, discard 2 sealing washers.
4. Remove 4 pipe union banjo bolts from cylinder heads, discard 8 sealing washers.
5. Remove pipe.
