  1. Remove bolt and Allen screw securing ancillary drive belt jockey pulley bracket to engine.
  2. Remove 2 bolts securing jockey pulley bracket to compressor bracket.
  3. Remove bolt securing jockey pulley bracket to injector pump support bracket.
  4. Remove jockey pulley bracket.

  1. Position container to collect coolant.

  1. Release clip and disconnect bottom hose from radiator.
All models – Release clip and disconnect bottom hose from radiator.
  1. Remove clip securing expansion tank hose to coolant manifold and disconnect hose.
  2. Loosen clip securing heater hose to thermostat housing and disconnect hose.
All models – Loosen clip securing heater hose to thermostat housing and disconnect hose.
  1. Disconnect brake servo vacuum hose.
