  1. Remove engine RH mounting through bolt and collect special nut.
  2. Raise engine approximately 50 mm.

  1. Remove bolt securing ancillary belt jockey pulley.

NOTE: LH thread.

  1. Remove pulley.

  1. Remove 4 bolts securing air conditioning compressor to bracket on cylinder block.
  2. Remove 2 bolts securing compressor support bracket to engine bracket.
  3. Release compressor from bracket and move aside for access to injection pump lower securing nut.

  1. Remove blanking plug from timing cover and collect sealing washer.
  2. With assistant restraining crankshaft to prevent rotation, remove nut securing injection pump gear.
  3. Remove washer.
