FRONT HEADLINING – COUPE

Service Repair No. 76.64.01

Remove

Diagram showing sun visors (1) attached to the roof with screws and clips, reference 76M 0587
  1. Release sun visors from clips, remove 2 screws securing each visor and remove sun visors.

  1. Remove inserts and screws securing sun visor clips and remove clips.

  1. Remove one 'A' post trim panel, see 'A post trim – Coupe.
  2. Disengage 2 trim studs securing front headlining to roof.
  3. Release headlining from beneath remaining 'A' post trim.
  4. Remove front headlining.

Refit

  1. Position front headlining and engage beneath 'A' post trim.
  2. Engage front headlining trim studs.
  3. Fit 'A' post trim panel, see 'A post trim – Coupe.
  4. Fit sun visors.
  5. Fit sun visor clips. Engage visors in clips.

REAR HEADLINING – COUPE

Service Repair No. 76.64.03

Remove

  1. Remove roof lamp assembly, see ELECTRICAL – Repairs.

  1. Remove covers from grab handle fixings.
  2. Unscrew but do not remove 2 screws from each handle and remove grab handles.

  1. Release ultrasonic sensor from L.H. rear quarter upper trim panel.
  2. Disconnect multiplug and remove sensor.

  1. Remove cover from L.H. upper seat belt anchorage, remove nut and release belt from anchorage.
