  1. Remove Allen screw securing coolant pump drive pulley and remove pulley.
  2. Move power unit back towards bulkhead and lower power unit.

  1. Position tool 18G 1618 to crankshaft pulley and secure with 3 bolts.
  2. Remove crankshaft pulley nut.
  3. Remove 18G 1618
Remove 18G 1618
  1. Loosen centre screw on 18G 1367.
  2. Position 18G 1367 to crankshaft pulley and fit and tighten 3 bolts.
  3. Tighten centre screw on 18G 1367 and release crankshaft pulley.
  4. Remove 18G 1367.
  5. Remove pulley.
  6. Warm area around seal using a hot air gun and carefully lever out seal.
