  1. Remove bolt securing air conditioning pipe union to compressor.
  2. Release air conditioning pipe union from compressor.
  3. Remove and discard 2 ’O’ rings from compressor.

  1. Remove bolt securing compressor pipe to evaporator pipe.
  2. Release compressor pipe from evaporator pipe and discard ’O’ ring.
Release compressor pipe from evaporator pipe and discard ’O’ ring.
  1. Loosen union and disconnect compressor pipe from condenser pipe

CAUTION: To prevent damage to air conditioning pipes and components, use 2 spanners when loosening or tightening unions.

  1. Remove and discard ’O’ ring from condenser pipe.

CAUTION: Immediately cap all air conditioning pipes to prevent ingress of dirt and moisture into the system.

  1. Remove air conditioning pipes.

Models without intercooler

Models without intercooler – Remove air conditioning pipes.
  1. Release throttle cable from throttle lever.
  2. Loosen nut securing throttle cable to abutment bracket.
  3. Release throttle cable from abutment bracket and position aside.
