  1. Disconnect vacuum hose from EGR valve.

  1. Carefully release gear selector inner cables from selector levers.
  2. Fit 18G 284-11 to 18G 284 and remove 2 clips securing gear selector outer cables to bracket. Release outer cables from bracket.

  1. Disconnect multiplug from throttle position sensor.
Disconnect multiplug from throttle position sensor.
  1. Air conditioning: Remove bolt securing air conditioning pipe clip to ancillary drive belt shield.
  2. Loosen 2 and remove 1 bolt securing ancillary drive belt shield and remove shield.
