• Check the rear support stiffener for position and damage.
• Replace the rear support stiffener if necessary.

6. Mould the related parts.

• Reshape the front inner wing and spring housing lower dashboard-to-front floor joint using a hammer and dolly.
• Fill all drilled holes by MIG or gas welding.

7. Remove the inside sill extension and rear support stiffener from the new front side frame.
