FEED PIPES

  1. A Feed pipe
    B Snap ring
    C 'O' rings
    D Groove
    E Right side cover
    F 'O' rings
  2. Install the feed pipes in the right side cover with new 'O' rings, aligning the lugs with the grooves in the right side cover. Install the snap rings.

  1. A Parking brake lever roller pin
    B Lock bolt
    C Lock washer
    D Parking brake stopper
    E Parking brake lever
    F Parking brake pawl
    G Parking brake pawl shaft
    H Distance to measure
    I Parking gear
  1. Set the parking brake lever in the P position.
  2. Measure the distance between the parking brake pawl shaft and the parking brake lever roller pin.
    Distance = 64.5 to 65.5 mm

  1. If the measurement is out of tolerance, select and install the appropriate parking brake stopper.

Note: Three sizes of parking brake stopper are available with measurements L1 and L2 as follows:

  • No. 1 – L1 = 11.00 mm, L2 = 11.00 mm
  • No. 2 – L1 = 10.80 mm, L2 = 10.65 mm
  • No. 3 – L1 = 10.60 mm, L2 = 10.30 mm
