Service Repair No. 86.50.12

Remove

  1. Remove luggage compartment cover.
  2. Release rear seat squab and fold forward.

  1. Remove 3 screws securing luggage compartment cover mounting panel to body.
  2. Release seat belt guide cover from mounting panel.
  3. Remove 2 bolts securing seat belt guide bracket to body.
  4. Release seat belt guide bracket.
  5. Release clip securing mounting panel to body.
  6. Release panel and position aside.

  1. Remove 4 screws securing rear speaker to body.
  2. Release speaker, disconnect 2 Lucars and remove speaker.

Refit

  1. Connect Lucars to speaker, position speaker to body, fit and tighten screws.
  2. Position mounting panel to body and secure with clip.
  3. Position seat belt guide bracket, fit and tighten retaining bolts to 9 Nm.
  4. Secure seat belt guide cover to mounting panel.
  5. Fit and tighten screws securing mounting panel to body.
  6. Fold rear seat squab into position and secure.
  7. Fit luggage compartment cover.
