Service Repair No. 86.10.02/20

Remove

  1. Disconnect battery earth lead.
  2. Remove drive belt, see MAINTENANCE
  3. Position drain tin to collect coolant spillage.

  1. Slacken clip and release radiator top hose.

Naturally aspirated models

  1. Disconnect 2 multiplugs from washer reservoir pumps.
  2. Remove 3 screws securing washer reservoir to body and move aside.

All models

  1. Remove 3 nuts securing cover to alternator.
  2. Remove alternator terminal cover.

  1. Remove 2 nuts and disconnect cables from alternator.

  1. Remove 2 front bolts securing alternator to mounting bracket.
  2. Remove 2 rear bolts securing alternator to mounting bracket.
