  1. Remove 4 nuts securing exhaust front pipe to exhaust manifold.
  2. Release exhaust front pipe from exhaust manifold.
  3. Remove and discard exhaust manifold flange gasket.
Remove and discard exhaust manifold flange gasket.
  1. Loosen clip and disconnect radiator top hose from coolant outlet elbow.
  2. Loosen clip and disconnect coolant hose from coolant outlet elbow.
  3. Disconnect multiplug from engine coolant temperature sensor.
  4. Disconnect multiplug from engine coolant temperature gauge sensor.
Disconnect multiplug from engine coolant temperature gauge sensor.
  1. Disconnect coil h.t. lead from distributor.
  2. Disconnect multiplug from TP sensor.
  3. Disconnect multiplug from injector harness.
  4. Release coil h.t. lead from clip on bracket.
  5. Disconnect multiplug from IAT sensor.
  6. Disconnect HO2S multiplug from engine harness.
  7. Release HO2S multiplug from clip on bracket.
Release HO2S multiplug from clip on bracket.
  1. Disconnect multiplug from IACV.
