Catalytic Converter Installation Special Tools EN-6129   Oxygen Sensor Remover / Installer For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools            1. Pre-install the catalytic converter clamp (3) to the catalytic converter (4). 2. Install the catalytic converter (4) to the catalytic converter bracket (7) and the turbocharger (1). Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution . 3. Install the catalytic converter clamp (3) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft) . 4. Install the 2 catalytic converter bracket nuts (6) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft) . 5. Install the exhaust pressure sensor hose (2) to the catalytic converter (4). 6. Install the exhaust pressure sensor hose clamp (5).            7. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve splash shield (1). 8. Install the 3 turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve splash shield nuts (2) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in) .            9. Install the heated oxygen sensor (1) with the EN-6129   remover / installer to the catalytic converter (2) and tighten to 45 N·m (33 lb ft) . 10. Install the heated oxygen sensor (1) to the heated oxygen sensor connector bracket.
