EN-6129 Oxygen Sensor Remover / Installer

| 1. |
Pre-install the catalytic
converter clamp (3) to the catalytic converter (4). |
| 2. |
Install the catalytic
converter (4) to the catalytic converter bracket (7) and the
turbocharger (1). |
| 3. |
Install the catalytic
converter clamp (3) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb
ft) . |
| 4. |
Install the 2 catalytic
converter bracket nuts (6) and tighten to 25 N·m (18
lb ft) . |
| 5. |
Install the exhaust pressure
sensor hose (2) to the catalytic converter (4). |
| 6. |
Install the exhaust pressure
sensor hose clamp (5). |
| 7. |
Install the turbocharger
wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve splash shield
(1). |
| 8. |
Install the 3 turbocharger
wastegate actuator vacuum control solenoid valve splash shield nuts
(2) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in)
. |
| 9. |
Install the heated oxygen
sensor (1) with the EN-6129 remover / installer to
the catalytic converter (2) and tighten to 45 N·m
(33 lb ft) . |

Install the heated oxygen
sensor (1) to the heated oxygen sensor connector bracket.
