1. |
Install the cylinder head (1)
to the EN-6215-1 mounting table (2) along with the
EN-6215-5 sidewise support (3). Fix the cylinder
head with the appropriate short bolts. |
2. |
Install the EN-6215-4
handle (1) to the EN-6215-1 mounting table
. |
3. |
Install the 4
EN-6167-1 braces (1) in order to support the
valves. |
4. |
Install the 4
EN-6167-2 bolts (2) in compound with the 4
EN-6167-2 special nuts (3) in order to fix the
EN-6167-1 brace . Install a suitable bolt (1) to
justify the special nut. |
5. |
Solve the valve retainers with
an easy hammer hit. Use a rubber hammer (1) and the
EN-6171 release tool (2). |
6. |
Install the EN-6086-7
lever (2) to the handle (1). |
7. |
Install the
EN-6086-11 demounting piece (4) in compound with
the lever adapter (3) to the lever. |

Note: The demounting
piece must be applied parallel to the valve retainers in order to
prevent damage to the tools or the valve train components.

8. |
Press down the valve springs
and the upper valve spring retainers until the valve keys are
discharged from spring load. Remove the valve keys. |

Note: Place the valve
springs, the upper valve spring retainers and the valve keys to
EN-849 assembly tray to ensure they will be
installed in their original position.

9. |
Remove the valve stem oil
seals (2). Use the EN-840 pliers (1). |
10. |
Remove the valves and the
lower valve spring retainers and place to the EN-849
assembly tray (1) to ensure they will be installed in their
original position. |
