Exhaust Manifold Removal            1. Remove the engine lift front bracket bolt (3). 2. Remove the engine lift front bracket (2). 3. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield left side nut (4). 4. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield left side (1).            5. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield right side nut (1). 6. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield right side (2).            7. Remove the 10 exhaust manifold nuts (3). 8. Remove the exhaust manifold (2). 9. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (1).
