Oil Pump Housing Removal Special Tools •  EN-662-C   Holding Wrench •  EN-46778   Fixing Tool Crankshaft •  EN-46781   Fixing Tool Camshaft For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .            1. Turn the crankshaft at the crankshaft sprocket bolt (3) in engine direction of rotation (arrow), until the EN-46778   fixing tool (1) to engage with the drilling at the flywheel (2) and the cylinder block.            2. Remove the cylinder head core hole plug - exhaust (2) from the camshaft housing (1). 3. Remove the cylinder head core hole plug - intake (3) from the camshaft housing (1). 4. Clean the threads from the cylinder head core hole plugs and the camshaft housing.            5. Marking (arrow) the 2 EN-46781   fixing tool (1).            Note:  The EN-46781   fixing tool (1) must be installed in horizontal position. 6. Install the EN-46781   fixing tool (1) onto the exhaust side and the intake side. Note:  If the EN-46781   fixing tool does not rotate any longer, the EN-46781   fixing tool is correctly engaged. 7. Turn the crankshaft at crankshaft sprocket bolt carefully, until the EN-46778   fixing tool (1) engages at the intake camshaft and the exhaust camshaft.            8. Install the EN-662-C   Holding Wrench (2). 9. Install the 2 bolts. Note:  Mind the left-hand thread. 10. Loosen the crankshaft sprocket bolt (1).            11. Remove the crankshaft sprocket bolt (1). 12. Remove the flange (2).            13. Remove the 14 oil pump housing bolts (3). 14. Remove the 3 oil pump housing nuts (4). 15. Remove the oil pump housing (2). 16. Remove the oil pump housing gasket (1).
