74. Restrain camshaft gear using tool 18G 1521 and tighten injection pump timing belt camshaft gear retaining bolt to 20 Nm + 90° .
75. Fit fuel injection pump timing belt cover. See this section.
76. Fit camshaft timing belt upper front cover. See this section.
77. Fit restraint bar to mounting.
78. Fit nuts securing engine RH mounting to body and tighten to 45 Nm.
79. Clean mating faces of manifold and cylinder head.
80. Fit new manifold gasket.
81. Clean mating faces of exhaust manifold and exhaust front pipe.
82. Fit manifold flange gasket.
83. Manoeuvre manifold and turbocharger assembly into position and align to cylinder head.
84. Fit nuts, bolts and washers securing manifold to cylinder head.

85. Working in the sequence shown, tighten manifold nuts to 25 Nm and bolts to 33 Nm.
86. Fit 2 bolts securing exhaust manifold to mounting bracket.
87. Clean mating faces of oil drain pipe and turbocharger.
88. Fit new gasket to turbocharger oil drain pipe. Align pipe to turbocharger, fit bolts and tighten to 8 Nm.
89. Align exhaust front pipe to exhaust manifold. Fit 3 nuts and tighten to 45 Nm.
90. Connect vacuum pipe from EGR solenoid to EGR valve.
91. Connect boost pressure sensing pipe to turbocharger.
92. Clean turbocharger oil feed pipe union and banjo bolt.
93. Fit new sealing washers to banjo bolt.
94. Connect oil feed pipe to turbocharger and tighten banjo bolt to 18 Nm.
95. Fit turbocharger outlet pipe assembly, align and fit bolts.
96. Align and tighten both turbocharger outlet pipe hose clips.
97. Position air intake pipe and connect to turbocharger, tighten clip.
