HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY

Service repair no - 86.40.49

Remove

  1. Remove front bumper, See BODY, Repairs.
Headlamp assembly – Remove front bumper, See BODY, Repairs.
  1. Slacken 2 bolts securing impact can to front panel.
Headlamp assembly – Slacken 2 bolts securing impact can to front panel.
  1. Remove 3 screws and 1 nut securing head lamp.
  2. Release indicator bulb holder.
  3. Disconnect multiplug and remove headlamp. 97.5 MY on: Disconnect multiplug from headlamp levelling motor.

Refit

  1. Position headlamp, connect multiplug and indicator bulb holder. 97.5 MY on: Connect multiplug to headlamp levelling motor.
  2. Fit and tighten screws and nut.
  3. Tighten bolts securing impact can to 22 Nm.
  4. Refit front bumper, See BODY, Repairs.
