ROOF LAMP

Service repair no - 86.45.02

Remove

Roof lamp – Service repair no - 86.45.02
  1. Remove lamp lens.
  2. Remove 2 Torx T30 bolts securing lamp to roof.
  3. Disconnect multiplugs and remove lamp. Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.
  4. Release sun roof switch and remove from roof lamp.

Refit

  1. Fit sun roof switch to lamp.
  2. Position lamp and connect multiplugs. Fit and tighten bolts.
  3. Fit lamp lens.

GLOVE BOX LAMP

Service repair no - 86.45.08

Remove

Glove box lamp – Service repair no - 86.45.08
  1. Remove 2 bolts securing glove box to support rail.
  2. Release catch and remove glove box.
Glove box lamp – Release catch and remove glove box.
  1. Disconnect glove box lamp multiplug.
  2. Remove 2 screws securing lamp and remove lamp.

Refit

  1. Fit lamp and secure with screws.
  2. Connect multiplug to lamp.
  3. Fit glove box and fit but do not tighten screws.
  4. Align and close glove box. Tighten screws.
