  1. Turn steering onto RH lock.
Turn steering onto RH lock.
  1. Remove 3 screws securing RH splash shield to inner wing and collect spacer from forward screw.
  2. Remove splash shield.
Remove splash shield.
  1. Remove 2 nuts securing dipstick tube to sump and release flange from sump.
  2. Loosen 2 nuts securing bracket to exhaust front pipe.
  3. Remove 2 bolts and remove exhaust front pipe support bracket.
  4. Remove 10 bolts securing sump to crankcase extension, note position of 4 long bolts.
  5. Release sump from crankcase extension, use mallet at front and lever under front housing at the rear.
  6. Remove sump.
